My bf does not inspire me to write or create art or anything like that,I dont feel inspired by him even though I love him greatly. Any advice,does anyone else have a muse? A muse to amuse you...... praying is a musing......i get inspired by that to be inspired you have to inspire so to get a muse you have to be a muse......inspire your boyfriend out of his box...while inspiring others you tend to inspire yourself to be more creative...go out and see what you see...look at life and people differently...play opposite day where everything you say is actually the opposite but still right and not offensive...this is hard.......... buy a mensa game for you both...play brain games and broaden your horizon while broadening your own mind, others think deeper..... listen to music.....look for words when you go out on signs ...in papers....find poetry wherever you go.....find simple things and make them complex ...look up often.....and then spend one whole day with your eyes on the ground...you realize just how much you miss looking up....and how theresa a different perspective down there....watch ants.....for an hour............listen when others speak and notice the way their voice falls on what words hwo often....why does it fall.....or rises ....or changes.....try and read body language while they are speaking....and if you arent mental after all of this..put headphones on adn watch the world go by to music and actually muted........then you have been a mused........i dont expect inspiration to happen from people it happens naturally because i am inspiring myself to do things...that arent everyday......deb Link to post Share on other sites
