dichotomy Posted November 10, 2014 Share Posted November 10, 2014 (edited) I would love to hear from anyone who has gone through any journeys in eastern practices, and what benefits you have found to your life and emotional well being and peace. I do some yoga, and find the meditative parts helpful but I don't do deep mediation - just a 5 mins or so twice a week. I have listened a little to a talk by the Dali Lama and also considering reading a book on Taoism due to my involvement in Chinese martial arts.
