robaday
This year I seem to have suddenly started going grey, Im a male in his early thirties. Was wondering did people grow grey slowly or was it quite quick? I'm a little shocked at how quickly this has happened. I dont really want to dye it but is there anything I can do to slow it down? I dont really care if I go grey slowly Im just surprised at how fast its happened!!

Haydn
Don`t worry about it. I got a few as well. But if you do colour it, get it done properly. Els
Are we talking about your entire head going grey or just a few strands? I had my first white hairs at 12...
JonRhodesUK
Hows your diet and stress levels? If you want to hold back the grey, find ways to reduce your stress and eat a more natural diet with less processed foods, and more fruits and vegetables. It's inevitable that will you will go grey, so don't let it worry you too much. Many women love it - just look at George Clooney!

newmoon
i was about 10% gray at 16 in high school (it's all hereditary, thank your parents). now, at 39 i'm only 25% gray. considering how quick the first gray hair came i was expected to be fully gray by now. but no. my dad was 100% gray by 24. ask your parents when they went gray and it'll give you some guidepoints for your own hair. for some it grows in super fast and others, like myself, it just hangs around forever. it happens at a different pace for everyone, but families are similar. stress does not lead to graying, that is an old wives' tale, lol

Toodaloo
Gray hair is sexy. Very sexy. Think yourself lucky you still have hair. My poor brother was bald by the age of 23/25! Known fact women went wild for Philip Schofield when he went grey... If its that big a problem just nip to the hair dresser and get your roots done...! FitChick
Love salt and pepper or silver hair on a man. Better than being bald.
BikerAccnt
I was gray very early, and still am. Actually, it's closer to mostly white now. I dyed it for many years, then stopped, then started again when looking for a new job. I was using a men's "re-shader", something along the lines of Just for Men, but salon grade. I've stopped. My GF won't let me color it, she loves the gray/white and says she finds it incredibly sexy. She's always playing with my hair. Who am I to argue with that?

Snaggletooth
Going grey can be weird. You never know what's going to happen. I've been giving it the badger on the chest for years but not a sign of it on the bonce or in the grizzly. Don't worry about it Rob, we're all going to turn either grey, bald or both. You're getting old, old boy. It's what happens.

Mr Scorpio
Nothing wrong with a little bit of salt in your pepper OP. I started going gray (grey?) around 32. The only spot where I don't like it is on my chin if/when I grow a beard. Think of it as being dignified. You're at the age where you can stop drinking jagerbombs and start drinking manhattans and old-fashioneds.
