Author notmakingsense
That's interesting.... I really don't know if I'd mind it. I'm wondering if someone who is a bit on the insecure side, like me, would be a good match? Hey -- I found a book that is speaking to me. One of the posters suggested "Codependent No More", but I didn't like the synopsis and the reviews -- even though I believe I have codependency issues. When searching around, I found this: "Facing Love Addiction" by Pia Mellody. It isn't dead-on, but it describes me pretty well -- a "Love Addict" who constantly finds "Love Avoidant" people. I've only just started it, but the first 20 pages have been a "wow, that's me!" kind of experience.
liswil
I've read them both---plus others. I usually just browse the self-help section at the library or if I hear of one, I see if the library has it. Here's another one plus some listed along with it: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0553260057/104-6835528-4954335?v=glance
