I love being hungry at night. Is there something concerning about this? I love my stomach gurgling and hungry. I hate eating at night time and i feel guilty if i eat something at night. I have Skinner friends that are able to eat at dinner but I'd rather not. I have also giving up sugar. Best thing ever.

Question is, how do you feel in the morning? If my stomach is rumbling at bedtime, I'll eat a banana or make myself a peanut butter and jam sandwich that way I don't wake up really hungry or with that low blood sugar feeling.

Why do you feel guilty?

Also, don't compare yourself to your friends. Everybody has different body types, sizes and builds.

Hmmm I can't stand being hungry. I can't sleep if my stomach is empty.

I do think it's a bit alarming that it makes you happy. Why does it makes you happy? You feel in control?

I find pins and needles fascinating, but I don't deliberately make them happen, and if they do, I don't perpetuate the feeling.

That's your system trying to tell you something.

If you don't be careful, it could be construed as an eating disorder.

The feeling guilty part is quite telling. This is how disorders start. You like the control you have over an empty stomach. You may need to go talk to a health professional about this.

I hate it, cuz when I was in the military, often times we were busting our butts all day and despite the three square meals, we needed more food.

Also, when I'm up late typing up stuff, I get hungry.

I'm working hard on just having a tea and going to bed, cuz now that I've stopped with the late nite snacking I started to pick up when I worked late shift, I love how my body's lookin'. I mean, I always work out and stuff, but I'm lookin' even better.
