HereNorThere
Sometimes we pick the wrong person and end up bonding with them. Eventually you just have to rip the band-aid off and get it over with. Don't run from the pain, run towards it. Get it the F over with and move on. Realize how lucky you are. You escaped, Julia did not. We can all speculate on what type of mental disorder he has and try to analyze him, but if it's truly over, it's time to focus on what's wrong with YOU. Your story screams co-dependency, self-esteem problems, abandonment issues, etc. Even if you make it out of this situation, you'll just end up in another one until fix yourself.
