frozengirl
Ladie's like me you of course wear bras on your daily outings etc. I have tried the regular wired bra, genie bra, sports bra etc. But they say those regular bras with the wire or non-wire can harm you, or they snag up, and the shoulders are bruised with pain and they're just uncomfortable altogether. But the genie bra is like a sports bra pretty much and they say those are more better to wear than the regular bra etc. But which bra do you think is better off for any women of any age. MissTrudy
if the bra is digging into your shoulders you're wearing the wrong size. most women wear the wrong size. i don't think the type of bra matters as much as the size. of course some bras aren't as supportive for certain sizes, but usually it's hard to find, say, a moulded cup bra for a really large bust (like a 34G) because the makers know that it's not going to be an effective bra. if you're having trouble finding your size, i suggest going to a nice department store that has a lot of bra sizes, or a bra boutique, and getting fitted. Nordstrom's sells larger sizes, if you need a larger size. I've gone to some expensive boutiques that sell a lot of european brands (in my experience, european brands are made better and come in a larger range of sizes) and i'll find what brands fit me best and what size they are, then order them online on sites like figleaves and save a load of money. i personally like wired bras better than soft cups, although i don't mind them either. i have a friend who is small-busted and she loves soft cups. i think it's personal preference though, and having the right size is more important than the style. d0nnivain
Wear the bra that you like best overall for the situation at hand. Where do you get the most comfort & support? What makes you feel best?
Maleficent
I used to wear 38C then I got properly fitted and turns out I'm 36 DD or E. World of difference. Also, learning to 'scoop and swoot'' does wonders.
