It's okay, it will work out! Anyway don't you start your podiarty school in a few weeks? Probably good to get a feel for that before taking on too much else … will you still keep your part time job while in school? Are you excited?

 

 

 

I am VERY excited. Unbelievably. I LOVED college the other times I attended. I felt my at my most alive and at my most passionate when I am learning material in that style ( I love lectures, the feel of the lecture hall, I absolutely enjoy the social side of things).

 

I always felt very comfortable and " at home" in college.

 

Podiatry is definitely my number one priority.

 

My clothing label is just something I am passionate about, and will earn me some picket money whilst I study full time.

 

The Australian government pays for your food and accommodation whilst studying - but only just - and so it is a very lucky country where full time students don't have to work full timer, and rather, part time work will suffice.

 

I think it is great that I don't have to wait the full three years for my degree to finish before I earn money via way of a passion - THAT is what I am thrilled about when it comes to the clothing label -

 

------I wont earn a tonne, it is more about me wanting to cultivate an identity and a sense of self: " hey I am Leigh, I am studying podiatry.. and I have a small clothing label that sells pretty dresses and accessories from Hong Kong and China"

With everything you have on your plate, I'm glad to read that you have decided to put this venture on the back burner.

 

Immerse yourself in your studies and focus on that!

 

 

Yeah it is probably for the best that I just focus on becoming a podiatrist, as it is not exactly an "easy" degree:sick:

 

My mate just graduated:bunny: after failing... about 8 times, various subjects!

 

She is the ex medical student. Who still failed. Although she did admit that she didn't always study very hard and start assignments the day she GOT them (very naughty:lmao:)
