Title says it. How to achieve self-confidence?

No ideea.

I assume i don't have enough if any, real issues for me.

It's gotten to the point where i don't exude any i think, everyone seems to be picking and making fun of me. Friends included.

Hey Xing,

I've read some of your previous post and I can feel for you. I too had friends who would crack on me all the time and leave me for "funner" pastures. But what helped me was knowing who I am, what were my strengths, and knowing for a fact that I am living my life how I want.

IMO, confidence is built on comfortability, attitude, and adaptability. So what are you interested in? What can you say you are good at? From there you'll build strength, leverage that into social endeavors, and then make the connections you want while building confidence.

Good luck!

You ought not to think about what others including your friends think. Be positive. Find ways to self-improve. Find things to keep yourself preoccupied. Find people (new friends, maybe) to associate with who do not judge you.

I used to have low self-esteem. With time, I learned to be optimistic and positive and speak confidently...and people give notice and wanted to be my friends.

I'm no expert, but I think I have a point. Be positive my friend! :)
