Maleficent Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 So this whole forum is full of people asking for advice and has a lot of negativity (which is fine, considering the nature of the forum) buuuuuuuuut how about we keep this thread for our training wins! I'll start! Yesterday I totally destroyed my Clean and Jerk PR by 10 pounds. In just 5 weeks, I went from fighting for my C&J at 135 pounds to easily pulling it off at 145 pounds. Filling your GAP Posted February 13, 2015 Share Posted February 13, 2015 Thank you for that start, and I will add in that since I started keeping a journal of my days, what body parts I train, what exercises, how much weight, etc. I have increased my weights that I lift by almost 30% in just 6 weeks!! Also, I appreciate the slow motion videos of pretty girls doing...almost anything. Thanks! Haha! All the good videos out there are of pro athletes in slow motion. Unfortunately my coach decided to start filming after I got the 145lbs one and started failing my 150 lbs. otherwise I totally would have posted my video ha! Link to post Share on other sites
