Joyce Lynn
I've been pretty moody/short/depressed lately (last couple of months) and it's gotten to the stage where my boyfriend has pointed it out a few times and I've been taking it out on him. The problem is, I don't realise I'm doing it. The main problem is the depression. Yeah, I have issues I have to deal with, but I really have nothing to be depressed about. My family love me, and I have a wonderful boyfriend. They are all very supportive. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I be going to the doctor about the depression? A bit of history, I'm on the pill, have been for over a year now. Last year I didn't have this problem. The only side affect I've had is weight gain. There is a history of Bipolar in my family. miggsbucks
you say you have nothing to be depressed about, but there is probably some reason that is causing it, maybe you need to figure out just what that is and deal with it from there. don''t bottle anything up. yes you could go the doctors, but i went and the doctor gave me aintidepressants, but i dont think they are really a solution to the root cause of the problem. they just break any cycle of depression and provide relief - plus you have to go on them for 6 months, and you have to be really careful with alcohol too. you could go the doctors just to talk it through with them and see what they say, there's no harm in that
