kickingmyownbutt Posted April 9, 2005 Share Posted April 9, 2005 I have a tough situation here. She is playing hard to get. I am frustrated even though I pretend I don't care much. I really like her and she liked me too I think when she first moved here. There were a quite a few people pursuing her:-( and I was the one she invited to her place because she said she would give me a massage for my back pain one day. (I didn't pursue her she was). Then she got so nervous on the bed that I couldn't kiss her. She told me that she has never kissed a man before and the man who she kisses would be her lover. I ended up kissing her a few nights later at my place after I made her feel very comfortable. But then the next day she out of nowhere told me that she wanted to stay single. She stood me up for a party. The first time in my life. Lucky I knew a lot of people there so it was not such a big deal for me. But I got pissed off and ignored her phone calls that night at 2:30am. She also tried to contact me in the following few days. Eventually I gave in and agreed to go shopping with her after almost a week. That was almost 2 1/2 months ago. Consequently in the following weeks, she would get all flaky and I got pissed and told her I don't want girls like that. I made a mistake by going to her place and fighted with her when she insisted that all I wanted was sex. Which was true but I didn't know why I got argumentive at the time. We ignored each other for a while and then all of sudden we would talk and laugh at each other like nothing happened. She declared that we are friends and I said yeah of course. So I treated her like a bratty friend and would tease her sometimes. But she couldn't take my jokes very well because she said it's too much. Even though I know I was just teasing and flirting. She would get really mad at me and then become normal again. We are still friends and I haven't asked her out for a while. I just don't think asking her out for a dinner out of nowhere is my style. Anyway, I feel I need to do something to this girl now. She is very conservative actually even though she has to take care of herself here. I need a few pointers here.
