What does 2 rings mean and then voicemail? Did he ignore me?

If you called someones cell phone number and you hear 2 rings and then voicemail. Does this mean they ignored your call? I called the first time rang twice, went to voicemail. Then I called again a few minutes later, rang twice and then voicemail again. I finally decided to leave a message on the second time.

It could be their phone is cut off....

 

It could be cuz they hit "ignore" when your number came up...

 

It could be cuz they are on another call...

 

It could be cuz FINALLY, they got a phone like mine where FINALLY I can send certain calls straight to voicemail. Now, I'm still upset that I can't get a celphone that will "block" certain numbers, I am sooooo happy I can send some straight to voicemail!!!!:laugh:

Well, I decided to call him from a blocked number and again it rang twice and went to voicemail. Also, just to test him, I used his app called "private text" where a person can text someone-but when they send a text to that person it doesn't show up as your number-it makes up a random number, so they don't know who it is. No response to those texts either.
