My lover
Do you find it a turn on or turn off?.
Omei
Yeah when I was 18 (im 28 now) I used to live in a side by side with my ex boyfriend and the slightly older mid twenties couples next to us would screw all the time and we could hear them pretty clearly I remember getting extremely turned on, they were also an attractive couple. I doubt had they been an elderly couple id get the same reaction. I also lived with my best friend (girl) for a while and I didnt particularly like hearing her have sex when her bf came over. I dont think its the same as "yeah dude you just got laid hells ya" by bros and then go out drinking....it was just...weird hearing her sex moans id usually leave and take a walk. Tayla
Turn off. Mostly because I regard the act and inately feel like I am eaves dropping and that is clearly not the intent or reality. Some folks are geared to be voyeurs ..... Never cared to be subjugated to someone elses follies.
Syberia
The only time I've really heard anyone is when I went camping with my wife (gf at the time) and her family. Her mother is... loud... and thin tent walls do nothing to block the sound. Complete turn off, as would be expected from hearing someone else's parents.
Leigh 87
No but I've been heard and the neighbours still refuse to talk to me. And I haven't heard my neighbours but I did ***** my neighbour the other day. Before meeting my boyfriend.

Rejected Rosebud
No but I've been heard and the neighbours still refuse to talk to me. And I haven't heard my neighbours but I did ***** my neighbour the other day. Before meeting my boyfriend. Well that's not very nice Leigh no wonder you don't get more than one or two dates with any guy. But when did you get a boyfriend, you were just writing a couple of days ago about how you are so happily single??? You are hard to keep up with. Your poor boyfriend though.
EngnimaticResponse
Leigh 87, You are starting to give your screen name new meaning. OP - 20-something woman, 2 young kids, is pregnant and does not seem to have a job. Her car, which does not run, is taking up Both spaces in front of the house and she refuses to move it. Bed squeeking above at 3pm while I sit watching tv. What do you think? This was two apartments ago thankfully.
Pinkdisney
This was awhile ago but ex-h and I lived in a great but small beach apartment a few houses in from the ocean. I was pregnant and we were soon to move out anyway because the apartment was so small, but this freak moved in upstairs and would scream bloody murder during sex and bang the bed so loud, and it was just as if they had no clue! The neighbors on the other side of the building heard too, and they'd do it with the windows open. Couldn't wait to move. There's a difference between being heard every now and then and puting on a spectacle every night.
utilisateur
Do you find it a turn on or turn off?. My housemate has sex with his girlfriend. I've had previous housemates who would have sex. I get turned on
Grilled_Salmon
The extremely awkward moment when you're in the school toilet taking a dump and hear a couple in the same year level as you fussing around and then proceeding to have sex. And that was when I was 14. On top of it, the guy was someone I 100% despised (a punch in the jaw that left a major bruise, and he did it for no apparent reason). Would it be odd to say that rather than being turned on, I felt like ripping off the toilet lid, run up behind him and smash it against his head?
Dybbuk
Hmmmm junior year in college we had a very vocal lesbian couple upstairs who would have sex pretty regularly. I imagine that is a dream come true for some men (and women), but it never did much for me. I didn't mind them either (do what you gotta do ladies), and would still say hi and make small talk with them when we saw them. I'd usually just find my headphones and go on with life.
Frank2thepoint
Last year summer, I was walking to the Internet cafe within the hotel. On one floor, I heard the loud moans and the distinct bed creaking of a woman getting pounded hard from sex. I was in the stairwell, and I just paused to enjoy the sound like a pervert. I actually got a hard on from it because I was imagining myself doing it to a woman and getting that effect.
PrettyEmily77
I did two flats ago, very often. Left me totally nonplussed. My flatmate at the time used to find it hilarious; she would keep a tally of the neighbours' activities and noticed a monthly pattern. That kept her entertained for a while. Penguin_hugs
Massive turnoff! I really don't like to think of other people at it! I'm a student so I have frequently shared houses with various people! I've been having breakfast before and the lights were shaking due to the person in the room above at it. At one point I lived in a 3 level town house and could hear both my housemates (in the rooms above and below me) at it. Really awkward when my BF was staying round yet we weren't at the sex stage ourselves. In halls the person in the room above me was so loud I thought they were going to come through the ceiling! It was hilarious though because I got complaints from the room below- thinking it was me! Currently I live in the house next door to a middle aged couple and they have sex nearly every night- it lasts less than 5 mins and is finished by the woman's horrific witch esq cackle *shudders*. Every time... And then the bathroom light gets switched on! The funniest thing though was when their bed collapsed! Massive bang and crash and then my desk shook!
