Anyone Familiar With The American Express Hiring Process?

I am wondering a couple things about the American Express hiring process:

 

1. Do they offer relocation?

 

2. Do they conduct Skype interviews? I made it clear in both rounds of interviews, my resume, and my cover letter that I was out of state and looking to move back to my home state. They asked me to come in right after my last interview and I said I am not sure if was noted in the initial screening, but I am currently out of state. I booked my ticket to back home a day before my last interview but it won't be for another two weeks.
