IhavenoFREAKINclue
I'm lazy. Point blank. I'm guessing thats why I'm gaining weight. I'm looking for a quick and painless way to lose weight. By painless I mean excerciseless. I don't mind eating healthier. But i can't cut Wendy's cold turkey. Any advice?
tiki
Phentermine. It severely curbs my appetite. I think I've lost a couple of pounds a week. I go back this afternoon to see the doc for my first follow-up appt. Google Hoodia. I've heard it's some good stuff. P.S. Fast food is NASTY!!! Watch "super-size me". westernxer
How often do you visit Wendy's? Maybe cut down on the fries and sodas. Just do the burgers and occasional fingers in the chili.
Jtizzle
my moms is the same way. wants to lose weight, but is lazy.but she did lose ten pounds by cutting out meats. not all meats though. just pork, and beef. she eats lean chicken fish and turkey.and ALOT of green vegetables.(occasionally she'll eat a beef taco, but thats every now and then. she also reads the back of lables on everything that she eats. if it says hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated ANYTHING she doesnt eat it. thats the type of stuff that gets in ya body and stays there forever. also she takes calcium, magnesium, b6,zinc,,etc all the vitamins u can take to speed up her metabolism and promote healthy lungs and muscle for if she does come out of the lazy stage and works out. but yea goin semi vegetarian so to say would help u to lose a few pounds. and yes u can eat sweets, but in moderation of course
laRubiaBonita
when i do coke it curbs my appitite! i love wendy's $0.99 value menu.....which are all pretty healthy choices, side sald, baked potato. i would say cut your caloric intake to 1200 daily, since you say you will be lazy.... a good minimum. FYI~ french fries and frosties are vegitariean...yet quite unhealthy if not in moderation.

HokeyReligions
Drink more cold water and force yourself to get some exercise - five minutes a day helps. Get a hula-hoop and practice with that in front of the TV; lay on the floor and do leg lifts for a few minutes; walk in a circle as fast as you can; Dieting alone does not help the the good cholesterol levels in your system---only exercise can do that, so for your health, do a little bit of exercise every day. Take the stairs each day, park at the back of the lot and walk -- you will feel better for it!
faux
If you have continued to gain weight for a while, or have been stuck at the same weight for a long time, you will most likely not be able to lose any of that weight in fat without increasing your activity level through exercising. Changing your diet for the rest of your life is one thing, but you would also have to get regular exercise. I don't think losing weight is easily possible, if at all, for very lazy people. Motivation, committment and laziness do not seem to go together.

BigB
I lost 60 pounds doing weight watchers. I was hitting the gym a lot, but my mom lost a bunch doing it without exercise. Well, I guess she and my dad started going on walks more.. It's pretty easy, and with the points system you can still hit the steak and beer once in a while, just not as much. organic chemistry
Wendy's salad is the best of all fast food chains..i think... chicken BLT is the best i can just eat chicken BLT salad everyday without getting bored
XNemesisX
Weight loss for lazy people? Depression diet. Be really sad and depressed and you will lose weight. After my ex and I broke up 6 months ago I lost 20 pounds FAST. I went from 125 to 105 and I didn't even have to try. Ok but seriously..if you can't get extremely depressed then just chain smoke like me. You will lose weight so fast and you can still be lazy. I have terrible advice!
sweetey147
drink lots of water and cut down on the fries and the stuff you automatically know that is fattening and greasey. BUT the key is you can loose this weight eating healthier and less but without excercising you aren't going to be firm and such, because your really not building muscle up to help and make it look nice! pinenuts
watch for what you eat together!!! when food combines together, your stomach get mixed signals therefore hard to digest. Burger with greasy fries plus soda?? big no no. If you are as lazy as you say you are, then gain a little self-discipline.Cut off one item out of your diet at one time. Like soda. Or no cheese or bacon in your burger. And it's very important to have a hot beverage when intaking greasy items. another pointer, alcohol is nothing but sugar. it gives you multiple stomach rolls and heart disease. scarlyjones
Wendy's is tough to give up. They have awesome "finger" sandwiches. "Hands" down. When someone tells me theres one around,..I say "point" me to it. Knowing where they're located really comes in "Handy"
Hasmik
Run, run , run... You will get two benefits: 1) loss your weight 2) not be lazy anymore. We are not born lazy, we become so. So we can also stop being so. I get up at 6 and run 30 minutes everyday. I am 30 but people think that I am 20. I was very lazy once too. My two cents.
