need to get rid of flab!!

I need to kno a good way where i can lose fat on ma stomach and gain weight on ma thighs? i run on the tread mill for 30 minutes well for 15 minutes i run fast and the other 15 i run and after an hour i drink protein milkshake. Usually all the food goes down ma stomach and stays there so i need to kno what to do? would crunches work as well because i heard crunches dont remove the fat it just builds the muscles under the fat so basically that wont give me a flat stomach??

Do squats or leg presses for your thighs, or ride a stationary bike in the standing position to isolate your thigh muscles. I usually do the latter, for 3-5 minutes. You can also do squat thrusts (squat down on the carpet then jump upward... do it ten times and you'll be REALLY sore the next day).

 

Crunches are great... you can do more reps and build strength in your abs for the full-range situps, which are much more difficult if you're not accustomed to doing them. Flab won't go away just by crunches, though. Diet plays a bigger role in this, especially on your off days when not working out. Get on a regimen and stick to it... it's the only way you'll be successful in shedding fat. You'll start noticing it, too, but not right away. Everyone who looks good watches their weight, with the exception of younger people who can get away with it for the time being.
