Hemorrhoids wrecking our lives

My wife's hemorrhoids flare up regularly and has done so ever since having 2 kids. During the flare-ups they swell and bleed, become painful and annoying and prevent her from almost all physical activities like pilates, yoga, walking on the beach and sex . It seems to occur often enough to actually disrupt our relationship.

She has ruled out any form of surgery because of the low success rate and dire side effects. We have wasted many hundreds of $'s on homeopaths and naturopaths with no results (shrinking wallet instead of piles).

I have come across (via Dr Google) a procedure called Ultroid Therapy which may be an option. Has anyone had any success with this method, or any other treatment ?

Ask your family doctor for a referral to a specialist. There are many treatment options other than surgery that can be explored, and may offer significant relief.

She should fix her diet and drink plenty of water, they dont pop for no reason, if it bleeds most like its an inner one that got prolapsed.

Tell her to to take a warm bath every time after toilet and most important DO NOT strain during bowel movement!

Eat complex carbs + veggies and drink a spoon of olive oil before bed.

Avoid completly coffee and soda.

If the doc says its an internal and its severe he is most likely will put a rubber band on it - painful procedure - but fixes the problem in 2-3 days

If its external I hardly believe that surgery will be required, as long as the diet fixed it will shrink on its own.

I also suggest doing light jogging like 20 min a day.

Sex can also cause strain in that area so hold yourself until healed

Creams do not cure hemmorhoids, they just make them less painful, if she has to put then you should try "procto glyvnol" its cheap and effective.
