King Bowls
Would a clean, full range of motion one arm 600 lb dumbbell row be more impressive than a raw 1000 lb deadlift? This 600lb one arm row would be done with FULL RANGE of MOTION, PROPER FORM, and NO lifting straps. So holding on to it would be all on you
Emilia
Yes because achieving that sort of upper body strength would be much harder than developing your posterior chain for the deadlift. The fewer large muscle groups involved, the harder the lift.
StandingO
The 600 pound row for sure for reasons mentioned by Emilia. I achieved a 315 bench press while my GF achieve a 305 pound squat. Both use large muscle groups. One would say the bench press is a bigger achievement because the legs have the biggest muscle group. Now just one arm, no question that is amazing.
