Cupid's Puppet
It's been almost a year since my breakup, and I've been slowly embracing the single life after much discontentment. Just as I am feeling "okay" with the situation, here comes family and friends directly saying or implying that my life is not fulfilling without marriage and kids. I have people telling me I should date again and that they hope I find love again. Meanwhile they hate their marriage, and so aren't exactly the best spokesmen for fairytale endings. But what say you? Do you think your life would be unfulfilled or meaningless if you never had a spouse or kids?

There's nothing more selfish than having a child so you or your family can feel "fulfilled". We're talking about another human being, yet sadly most people treat their children as shinny trinkets to show off around town. "Look at me!!! I reproduced"!!! Just like a dog can do.

They just live together. So not a problem.
