Author hotpotato
PLEASE, never say things like "I can live with back pain". As a chronic pain (meaning I'm in pain 24/7 for YEARS) patient I can promise you I would have my breasts COMPLETELY REMOVED if it would take my back pain away!! Countless chronic pain patients commit suicide because they just can't take it anymore. Please make sure you're getting boobs your back can handle. I'll be fine, I'm a big girl. I actually went for a couple of consultations about 5 years ago. I wanted mine made smaller. I regret not having it done to be honest. Mine have always been big & breast feeding babies hasn't been that kind to me. When I first met my H I was 32D (UK sizing). I could wear American size 0 jeans so I looked very top heavy (to me). One day my H was trying to explain to a coworker who I was. "The senior manager of logistics operations.", "The ONLY woman who has her own office on the top floor", "The only woman in the top management photographs"......."Oh yes!!! The bird with the fantastic boobs on the management floor!! Lucky guy!!" Ugh!!!!! I would LOVE to wear a little summer dress with tiny straps & no bra. To be honest, whatever you like. It's just expensive NOT permanent. I'm glad you've considered the way you will have to dress. So many clothes make you look bigger (fatter) than you are if you have large boobs. Its funny how the same size can look on different people. 32d on me is nearly a flat chest.
No_Go
I just find it hard to believe if the measurement was done right. Have you tried a smaller bra (32A/B/C) to see can you get in without 'spilling'? Tuberous 'D' cup is also very unusual. Tuberous would mean the breast tissue is underdeveloped so they're long with big areolas... But again, your plastic surgeon will probably know best. Author hotpotato
Yup, i measured. Ive tried a 32c, too small. 34c, band too big. 32d fits great. Theres absolutely no way i could fit into a 32b or smaller. Ive tried 34bs and my boobs spill. 32d actually is not big unless a woman is little everywhere else. Ive had several surgeons look at my pics and say i have a mild case of tuberous breasts. Ive also had women with tuberous breasts say theirs look like mine when i lean forward. I have very strange and unusually taut breasts, so they dont sag. I noticed in high school other girls breasts seemed rounder and dropped while i had bullets stuck on my chest. Ive had my milk come i 3x, they will not drop. I work out plus i have a med-large stature. Im kinda broad in the shoulders and have thick legs. Those things eat up ccs/eat up your boobs. You could take my boobs and put them on a 5 ft 105 lb girl, and they may actually look decent. People look at me like i have 2 heads when i tell them my bra size. D=/= big all the time, esp smaller bands
angelcake
That's true. 32D = 34C = 36B as far as size of the breasts. I had mine done several years ago. I love the silicone, they feel far more natural. (I started out with salines and hated them and had a replacement). But now, I can see that they are too heavy and I want a reduction. I loved them for a long time but lately my shoulders just can't take it anymore. I also wear a 32 band and because the band is snug, it should do most of the work supporting the breasts. But, I think they are heavy and the shoulder straps are also doing a lot of the work and I have permanent indention marks. In the future, I plan to reduce them but right now I can't afford the surgery nor do I want to have another surgery. So, it definitely is something to keep in mind. If you are concerned about going too small, find a size you like and go up an extra 25=50ccs because they do look smaller once they are in your chest. But keep in mind that over time you may regret going large. I certainly miss wearing tight tanks, summer dresses, etc. I feel on display a lot as I pick tighter clothing that doesn't make me look fat (baggy stylish shirts just look like tents!) It's a trade off and only you can make the decision of what you like.

I've also seen girls take a bigger bra in a sister size and alter the band. That way they get the thicker straps. I have decided to go with saline. I wanted to get silicone at first, but they are too small for bigger girls. Large is a relative term. I actually want to look curvy in dresses. Also, I want my breast to drop. The best I can figure, is that they'll have to be forced to drop by having relatively heavy breasts. There are girls with over 2000ccs who live a relatively normal life. It varies from woman to woman what she is willing to carry.

Mine are I think 450 and I feel too large. Forgive me for not going back and reading the posts, but what CC amount are you thinking of going with? PS: When you say they have never dropped, it makes me wonder if you have tuberous breasts?
NewLeaf512
Mine are 400. This is my 7th set. My biggest was 650 and I could barely stand up. Disclaimer: I had a mastectomy and mine are from reconstruction. I had some Issues like encapsulated implants which is some Of the reason for 7 sets.

Ewa michalak is supposed to be really good for enhanced breasts. A lot of girls also like Panache, kris line, freya. Polish bras like ewa for some reason fit the girls well, or so ive heard. Im not sure how many ccs ill get, enough to give me some shape for sure!

Wow, I'm so sorry you had to go thru all that Mine are 375, silicone, and had their 15th birthday on March 15th. I forgot to celebrate. On their first birthday, the doc who did my anesthesia gave me a pair of boobs made of Hostess Snoballs, each topped with a Hershey's kiss. I left them in my locker at work until they were solid.

Author hotpotato
My surgeon is double board certified. Women fly from all over the world to see him. Hes definitely worth the wait. Im making a fl vacay out of this, too. Im gonna ride some rollercoasters before surgery.
Author hotpotato
Im soooo excited. I cant wait til finally tye girls round out and drop. I look at pics of myself and wonder how i walked around like this for so long. Has anyone else experienced people particularly men flat out lie to you to discourage you? One guy told me guys dont like it when boobs look like butts in the front. Urmmmm thats thats what cleavage is! Im sooo ready to kiss my bullets/cow teats goodbye.
Tayla
Guys lie ? For what reason? Sorry but I have met my fair share of men, and when they talk about a ladys feature, they are usually being forthright, after all its their hands that will be capturing the delight. Men tend to vary on "concerns" for such a modification yet that is on a health level of conveyance. I completely respect you for taking the time to research and plan this out financially. I took the route of being calm and collected when it was time for my modification. Rollercoasters tend to bring the blood pressure up. I recall during the hospital check in , when they did the vitals, if anything was wonky, they delayed the procedure. Just something to think about....
Author hotpotato
I think guys are put off by the surgery part and will say whatever to discourage her. That or there is a total lack of self awareness. I have two full days between rollercoasters and surgery. I hope that helps! I have a week long fl vacay. Yay!

It's such a weird feeling when they're riding high, you can rest your chin on them. I wish I could tell you how long it took for them to settle, but it was so long ago. Did they give you an idea? I'm just curious. As for that guy, seems like he's speaking for one - himself. Weirdo. I did meet one guy who said 'if I'd known you then, I'd have told you not to'. Um, nobody tells me what to do. That was the last convo I had with him. Bye bye.

I haen't asked him, but I've seen some of his patients. Most of the start with frankenboob that drops a lot after 3-6 weeks. one girl's boobs looked nearly normal after 6 weeks, and she said they were really squishy. I think that guy was trying to discourage me. He knows darn well most guys love cleavage. Not that I'm doing it for them, but I'm very fascinated how guys say one thing but do another. I've had guys say things to me that were nearly insulting, but they thought they were being encouraging. Well... My wife discouraged my plastic surgery.
