If a gf pinches and scratches while losing her v-card, is that also wrong?

Though, it's been a very long while I'm got reminded of this one time event that I wasn't calm nor rational but rather in pain and frustrated. Do you think I should have still apologized back then? Just want to hear what you all make out of this. If a guy's virgin gf does this...is this still considered wrong though she didn't mean to?

 

The only time I've ever reacted at my then bf:

While I was losing my v-card and obviously in pain no matter how he tried to make it easier... I ended up pinching, sneezing his arms and scratching a bit. It was only halfway when I was like ''no stop'', ended up drinking water and once we tried again (after telling him to start again... I wanted to get it done and over with), I did the same thing until it was completed and we gave it a rest for a couple days. I was kind of sore afterwards.
