(Not sexual, just like the "Oh you're that recently divorced friend of Jen's, aren't you?" type thing.) He just Does. Not. Get it, and no amount of shaming or berating him will fix it. He's not trying to deliberately be mean in the slightest. I know he is your dad and he is a bit of "a character", but I seriously doubt he is unaware of what he says and the effect ihs words have on other people. He does it because he wants to and not because he cannot help it.

Believe me, he's gotten more than enough beatings to show him the error of his ways, but he keeps touching the hot stove. btw I'm not saying that *is* OP's guy's problem, just suggesting possibilities. OP's guy may indeed just be a boob.

If it really bothers you, try this way. See if he could agree to certain small punishment. Like each time he gawks at women for more than 2 seconds, he gives you $20. Every additional second adds another $20. Talk and apologies are cheap; money is real!!! LOL. That's a very good question. What will I do about it when it happens again?... He already acknowledges that he does it and I believe he is trying to stop. I have already told him that I will not go to the village pool with him nor the beach because I'm just not strong enough to handle it. So those are out of the question. I think I will on the spot tell him that he is being disrespectful when it happens. And maybe a strong pinch is called for. LOL. But as far as ongoing consequences, I will have to distance myself when it happens. Maybe walk away from him or leave? He seems to respond when I'm distant. I LOVE the shock collar thing! Too funny! If I had female balls, I would buy one! I just want to say thank you to everyone for all of the help and suggestions!!!!!! <3

If he doesn't look when the buxom bombshell walks in the room his eye will twitch and he will stutter and you will get upset. Men are going to look, I've been known to stop mid sentence to look at a car, motorcycle, boat and T&A. Sometimes I need eyes like an iguana that move independently of each other just to try to take it all in
