Seems celebrity's have them all the time but it may seem like that because of the cameras. It seems to happen at nightclubs aswell but it could be due to the alcohol. I had an ex who it happened to a few times,she seemed to be oblivious to it but it usually happened after a few drinks, there was once where I'm sure she knew her nipple was showing because it was her whole boob but in fairness she was drunk. Although sluts do it too... anyways if she is the aforementioned yes it's for attention. Alrhough it can happen.
