I've met this single dad christian guy and who is very devoted to his son. We had this discussion about 'pursuing". He would prefer that we "pursue each other" but my fantasy or dream or preference is that he pursues me . It does not mean that I sit on my bum and do nothing. It just means that I am the lady and he leads me. Okay sounds chauvinistic/1863-strap-me-in-a-corset sort of thing.. but perhaps I am being ungrateful or something... can someone out there describe what christian pursuing is or looks like? He also wants his son to come on dates but I have just started getting to know him and am not ready to meet his son. He feels offended by this.... any help? I'm just not sure what to expect? and perhaps we just have different expectations?
