iDrumKing
I've been living in my apartment with 2 others for about 1 month now. My two roommates have already been living with each other for a year, I just simply filled in when one guy moved out. I work with one of them so there's some familiarity with him... and I say that loosely. At the beginning I tried speaking with them to get some common ground going. But lately it's just "HI" OR "BYE". There's been no tension, problems, etc. We simply don't talk to each other. How do I do this for a whole year?
Satu
Just be yourself and behave in the way that comes naturally to you.
Fleur de cactus
Maybe they don't like to talk, as long they don't bother you, why should you be concerned? Be yourself, dont disrespect anyone and life will continue.

It just that I'm an introvert and when people don't speak to me, I instantly assume that they don't like me.
lil hoodlum
Can't the three of you go to the nudity-bar and bond over some babes and beers or booze? That should give ya'll something to say afterwards.
ASG
I had the same arrangement with my old flatmates. We'd say hi/bye, but longer conversations were rare and we didn't really interact much. I actually liked that, as I wasn't the biggest fan of them. It's just a personality thing.

It just that I'm an introvert and when people don't speak to me, I instantly assume that they don't like me. That's not typical of an introvert. That's typical of someone who's not really self-assured or secure... My cousin is an introvert, and he doesn't give a stuff about what people think of him.
