I have just been under LOTS of stress lately. School, work, home-life, etc. How do most ppl deal with it? When I get stressed I just drop evrything and hope it goes away, but obviously that doesnt work. What helps? Exercise, reading? Anything I can do daily to make myself feel better? I have zero energy level sometimes, I just want to sleep!!!!

Sleep usually helps me or a nice long bath. No contact with anyone for a few hours. REading sometimes helps.

Going out cinema or somewhere else with mates.I always find that helps. Just have those jind of nice breaks from time to time. Also with school and work try to do everything in advance (something i've learned), that way you'l avoid lots of stress.

Exercise is very beneficial. Just going for a walk is good for you.

Eating a big bowl of ice cream or a chocolate bar and NOT feeling guilty for it. Oh, and don't forget the chocolate syrup on the icn cream!

Exercise, exercise, exercise!!!!!

 

I find that if I am physically exhausted then I can sleep. I am a terrible sleeper!!!!

 

A few glasses of wine my help as well. :D

I started running at the track close by...very helpful! Just to get some of the aggression out...it really was good.

I'm a terrible sleeper too. And wine DOES do the trick - though I'll be posting on here about how to get over my hangover... :)
