babybear Posted April 29, 2005 Share Posted April 29, 2005 I have just been under LOTS of stress lately. School, work, home-life, etc. How do most ppl deal with it? When I get stressed I just drop evrything and hope it goes away, but obviously that doesnt work. What helps? Exercise, reading? Anything I can do daily to make myself feel better? simplyconfused Posted May 2, 2005 Share Posted May 2, 2005 Going out cinema or somewhere else with mates.I always find that helps. Just have those jind of nice breaks from time to time. Also with school and work try to do everything in advance (something i've learned), that way you'l avoid lots of stress. Link to post Share on other sites
