secret wife Posted May 2, 2005 Share Posted May 2, 2005 My husband moved for work about 2 months before I came to live with him. So I never met any of his friends. He moved about 4-5 hrs from his friends, for some reason he went thru some kind of a crisis and stopped talking to them for a while. It's been 1.5 yrs and he has spoken briefly on the phone with a couple of them. He's now making efforts to apologise and wants to go and see some of them, we have been in their city several times but he didn't want to take time away from us to see them. He thought all he needed was his job and myself... he was wrong. One of his best friends is coming around and they talk online and he's on good terms with a couple of others. One (a girl he has a sexual history with) won't respond to any emails or messages online and we don't have her phone # she's talking to other people, but not him. She won't even give him a chance to explain or apologise, I would of liked to meet her. Is she just jealous and maybe still has feelings for him? I sent a message to say hello and got ignored. I was trying to be nice! She is supposed to be his best friend and they hung out all the time before he moved. **** happened but he's trying to fix it, how do you help someone come around and listen? If she is not responding, she is still not over him and can't have a normal relationship with him, knowing he is with someone else. Do you really want that type of person in your husband's life??
