Author AnotherSadSong
:lmao: This imagery is funny to me and reminds me of movies and shows where the president has to be briefed in the "Situation Room" concerning matters of national security and how maybe in their own way, it's similar lmao. Some top secret "situation" that, if managed incorrectly, might blow up their entire lives. I am laughing again.
Josmatjes
My xmm after dday kept saying that we'd been " interrupted" It drove me nuts!
m4p
What started as a somber-ish thread is making me crack up with all the replies Come to think of it, my xMM never had the chance to fully utilize "it" because I hate people being vague so I have a tendency to make him explain properly. "What are you exactly trying to say?", "Do you mean xxx or yyy?". He struggled to articulate himself but I just could not let him get away with "it". Thank god he didn't use "situation"! It would have been so annoying. What my xMM did used in excessive was the words "Timeout" and "Do the right thing". He was repeating it ad nauseum during D-Day. "This is just a timeout, not goodbye.." "We have to do the right thing".. etc... I guess it annoys me that he was trying to downplay everything and be all self righteous instead of seeing the situation(lol) for what is: you/we f*cked up! Face it! Funny how "doing the right thing" didn't occur to him when he started texting me 2 years ago.............
Adoraxx
what about..... "Just enjoy IT". That's what he always told me. But what's there to enjoy really???? The hot and cold?? Him dumping me and trying to get me back with one lousy email only to go disappearing again??
waterwoman
I have no patience with stupid and meaningless euphemisms. I tend to challenge them these days. Just say it PROPERLY if it's worth saying.
