Friends for a year and now we're in love but her ex gets in the way!

Never posted on here b4 so bare with me on this please people......

 

Well iv been friends with this girl for about a year, shes 17 and im 19 and iv always fancied her n thought she was beautiful but shes always had a boyfriend and because iv always been nice we ended up being really good friends..... she says i make her laugh n visa versa.

 

But a couple of month ago we were out in a club and she was with her boyfriend n he went off saying hi to all his m8s but she asked me to stay with her because she didn't want leaving alone.... so we went for a dance and her favourite song came on and to my suprise she started kissing me, n not just a little peck either... a really passionate kiss.

 

The next day i felt really good because iv liked her for ages and she started kissing me in my living room when her boyfriend was in the toilet!

 

In the end about 2 1/2 week ago i told him that id been getting with her because i knew how much he liked her and it wasnt fair so he finished with her and me and him became friends but me and her are still kissing and stuff and goin owt 4 drinks n that n i fink im in love for the first time because she really is amazing. She says she really likes me and she finks she loves me 2 but then she found owt that her, now ex, boyfriend had infact cheated on her with her best friend!

 

now i want to start goin owt with her and she says she wants to but wen i ask she says 'dunnnnooo' and her ex keeps foning her up n they keep goin for these 'talks' and im scared she'l get bak with him even tho she says she wont n she loves me! Its really annoying and because i feel this way for the first time i really dont wanna lose her!

 

Someone please help me..... if she likes me sooo much n she loves me like she says then why doesnt she want to go owt and wots with the going for these 'talks' all the time? Im crazy about her and this is driving ME CRAZY!!! HELP?!

Because she likes you, but not enough to give up her ex for you.

 

My advice? Remove your heart from the meatgrinder and cut this girl off cold.

 

Tell her that your "friendship" is over, and that as long as she is involved with someone else you don't have time for her. There is no excuse for her to lead you on like that, when she knows that she is emotionally unavailable to you. Maybe when she isn't so interested in these 'walks' with her ex something can happen, but as long as the 'ex' is in the picture you have no real chance with her.
