Dinner at a very nice, candle-lit restaurant call Louisienne's. We haven't been there lately (it's a bit expensive), we hope it's still nice.

EnigmaXOXO
"Crow" all you want Scott! After nine years you both deserve it! Thanks for putting the 'love' back in the Shack. And Gina's a lucky lady to have found a man who isn't afraid to shout it from the rooftop. Cheers to you both. May you have many, many more!

Pleeeasseee!!! Thanks all! Secret? I don't know if there's a secret. A marriage is like any other relationship. One needs to be considerate & sensitive of the other, & willing to sometimes (or frequently) defer their own wants or needs in favor of the other for a time. Of course, it helps if you & the other love each other a lot, & in other ways besides physical attraction. After all, none of us will look like 20-something hard-bodies all our lives! Author Scott S
Originally posted by RecordProducer Congratulations! So how does it feel to be married for 9 years? Are you still in love? Thanks! It feels (or rather, should feel) like the other person is almost a part of you, & that you are a part of the other person. You can't imagine being without that person any more than you can imagine being without one of your arms. Yes, we're very much in love, & in many more ways over the years. You seem like a very sweet guy from your posts. Aww, Thanks! That's sweet of you! I've never thought of there being a recipe, though. People are unique, & therefore so are the relationships. Each has different needs, & what works for one couple may fail miserably for another. Open communication & understanding each other's "love language" go a long way. ________________________________________ What if people stopped throwing rice at weddings, & threw potatoes instead?
