I did it last night and woke up this morning feeling stronger and ready to start making changes. I'm going to do it every night - apparently it works better as you do it more. There is a CD with a Paul makenna book I've heard is good - that's hypnosis and is about affirming yourself as a happier you in the future. I'm going to get that too.
