PegNosePete Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 The court has confirmed that I cannot file an application for divorce with an existing open file in place. If you're in England or Wales then you can apply to the court to have her petition dismissed due to lack of progression, then you can file your own.
