jen1447
It does require the right type of person to do it successfully, but my impression has been that Otter's pretty solid. Whatever avenue he thinks is best for his integrity and well being is fine ultimately, just providing my little slice of the requested feedback.
aloneinaz
I also believe that Otter should avoid further contact w/this person. While trying to "help" an ex love navigate thru a break up has good intensions in mind, it often only keeps one or the other trapped in the drama, emotions and prevents people from moving on. For the person that wants to continue, helping them can be counter productive. Remaining in contact with the dumped, keeps a glimmer of hope alive that they can get them back since they are still engaging with them. I've tried to help two different people that I gently ended the R/S with. In both cases it was a disaster. They kept calling, stopping by and wouldn't accept that my decision was final. Ultimately, I had to stop having any contact w/them so they could move on and accept that it was over.
