Hi all,

I'm new here and i really need some serious advice here.

Okay the r/s started last month and it ended last week.

Although i was the one who called it off twice, but i don't know why i kinda miss her now and i want her back. I tried to google for answers and looked through my guides and the common solution is to use NC. However, i'm not sure whether NC is really a good solution because she was not the one who ended it and furthermore, we are working in the same company. Things would be even more awkward when we see each other in the office.

And the reason why i ended it is because i felt that she lied to me too many times. You guys may find it funny. I mean since she lied to me so many times and it's a short term r/s, i might as well move on.

Few days after the break up, we still texted a bit but most of the time, she will ignore my texts. Until last fri evening, she told me that she would apps me later but she didn't and she just mia for the whole night. And i kinda suspect that she is dating but she denied. So, while i was having dinner with a friend on sat, i opened my instagram. And what i saw is something that i didn't expect. She uploaded a photo of her and a guy and both of them were very close to each other and the caption stated that she has found her true love. When i asked her about it, she just said he is only her friend and he dare her to post it on instagram. From last weekend until now, she never text me anymore. I'm really confused and feeling damn ****ty about it.

Any advices out there? Please help me :(

I'm sorry that happened, it must have been very hurtful. Just because you ended the relationship doesn't mean you can't initiate no contact. I think given the way you are feeling right now that would be a good idea. Even if you work together, it doesn't mean you have to communicate unnecessarily. If you keep it strictly business that's fine, but for your own sake stay away for any other reason. No asking questions of a personal nature and no looking at her social media. It will only cause you more pain.

Take care.
