I excercised, each day this week, by walking and running. I ate very clean and healthy, but i did have a small treat on Wed, and Friday. I will cut the treats out to only 1 day per week instead. But over all, im happy about the weight loss this week. My goal is to lose 60 pounds in 1 year-6 months. 2 Link to post Share on other sites
