Bobbi7
I've been working at my company for a few years now. There are still some managers and I have never talked to it acknowledged me. For example, I'm in the break room and they see me standing there, they don't bother to say a good morning, how are you. Yet when the new hires come in, they all say, let's welcome them and the managers go over to them, initiate a convo with them and even the some of the co workers start talking to them, sit with them, etc, etc. Do they not like me in general? It must be that.

empresario
Do you, in general, bring a positive, energetic aura to the workplace? I know as a manager there are some people I speak to daily, and some I rarely even nod my head towards. It's not because I don't like them...they just present themselves in a way that makes me feel like they want to be left alone.
pink_sugar
I'm actually very introverted and I do not like conversation when I first come in to work as it takes time for me to fully wake up. People say good morning to me anyways when they see me. Sometimes I say good morning to them, sometimes I don't. Maybe these new hires are extra bubbly.
