It is easier to choose happiness

Just lately not sure if it is because I've been putting myself out there more. Its really hard being single at times (but I'm not going out there to meet a guy). Just trying to get my self out in public. I've noticed I have been extremely happy. Not sure if its the keeping my self busy is getting my negative thinking away or what not. I expressed to some friends I did feel isolated due to school. So I've forced myself to take breaks. They have been inviting me more out. They have noticed my change in my happiness as well. I've noticed its easier being happy then upset or angry. Not that I don't get angry anymore just easier IMO to be happy. I journal if I feel anxious, angry, or upset.
