should i contact my ex?

I haven't heard from my exh in about a year and a month now, from either sides we completely went our separate ways and we never looked back. I never looked for him nor would want to i honestly could care less if he is dead or alive. However, i am worried i was updating some information for my student loans and i noticed that old contact information was still present for my school/student loans etc, i worry that personal information made it his way and what not. I really do not want to lower myself to reach out to him at all what so ever and the last thing i want is for him to know anything that i am doing nor that i am in school for that matter. Im not sure what to do, i updated my information, and everything seems to be current except phone number, i should be fine right? Im just worried that he may receive anything that has to do about me, i still get some pointless mail under his name. Should i contact him and tell him to update his information, and in case he receives anything to please let me know?

 

I really really really do not want to do that, the last thing i want is to contact him ive been NC for over a year and its been helping me, maybe im just looking for an excuse i dont know what to do, maybe i should just leave it since its been a year im sure its fine i updated my information everywhere anyway everything should be ok. right?

 

I was thinking of sending something on the lines of :

 

Please take me out of your account from (bank name) , Also, update your information my family keeps receiving mail under your name.

 

how does that sound? the information i want taken out is a very old bank account that has been unused for over 3 years but i don't want anything under my name.

I would leave it alone and NOT contact him unless I had no other choice. You may be opening Pandora's Box if you choose to get in touch.
