Well, I think our break up may be a good thing but I really am missing the both of them. They moved out the day before yesterday, I know my live is going on. How our relationship started was awesome we were both happy and we decided to do the whole relationship backwards. Move in, have a kid then get engaged and mmmeeedrrrp it stopped there.

 

I know we for some reason got distant almost the day our baby was born and I am not sure why or what happen. She is a spoiled person and I know I didn't really spoil her because I am a spoiled kind of guy. I really need attention and even though I will go out of my way to make her breakfast, lunch and dinner I kinda need to have someone go out of their way for me too. I am just saying give me more than one hug, talk to me, make me feel like I am part of YOU.

 

Anyways I can't just up and leave to where they live because I have to boys in the state that I live and now one kid in another state. We each together signed a child custody and got it notarized on a mutual agreement. I love my kids and will do my best to be the best dad ever.

Consult an attorney. She can't just deprive you of your child by moving to another state.

If not, you need to contact a lawyer. The mother cannot simply up and take the child where she pleases without considering your parental rights.

Yes, why did you let her go to another State? Don't you want to be in your child's life? Even if the relationship with her ends, you won't stop being a father.

 

Where are your other two children? You need to be cautious with having babies. You need to think of the consequences and how you can be in their lives. If being in their lives is not an option, refrain from having other children.
