Lonestar Posted May 19, 2005 Share Posted May 19, 2005 Looks like most everyone dropped a bunch of weight. When I'm stressed I don't eat. After my divorce, I dropped from 110 to 98lbs. I was waaaaayyy to thin, people were telling me I had to eat. I'm back to normal now and since I lift three times a week, I'm nice and toned too. Link to post Share on other sites

katiebour Posted May 21, 2005 Share Posted May 21, 2005 Down about 20-25 lbs since the breakup- not cooking for two anymore or limiting myself to what HE likes to eat, hehe. Besides, if I'm too tired to cook, I just don't eat- before we would go get fast food or he would cook. Secondly, he didn't like veggies, and I do- eating more fruits and veggies is good. But during those times the breakup is hard you don't really get a huge appetite.. at least i didn't.. I don't remember this thread back in May. Mixwell, this is for you (where have you been?)...I stopped eating, could barely force anything down just like everyone else but managed to gain 8 lbs.
