and I trigger. We get occasional emails from my employer about our EAP and that it's available to use... I get so pissed and I want to send them this, but I won't. Did she know he was going there? No, but so the eff what. Instead I'll post it here:

Well, I'm getting a little tired of receiving these emails reminding me about the (hospital) EAP. You see, 3 years ago my husband and I were in crisis. We went to the (hospital) EAP and he had a scheduled appointment there. He canceled it to make out in the park with one of the directors of Occupational Health. Probably not very smart to do this if you're in charge of the place where the person you're having an affair with is getting mental health services. One would think there would be a moral obligation in that position to not hurt other people.

So no, I'll not ever be using your EAP, and I tell others not to bother either.

Perfectly understandable response but you have to know why you can't send that message to your employer. Is there a way that you can get any emails which reference EAP sent to a different folder so you don't see them?

There should be a way to route them directly to spam.

If I WERE going to send it I would send it to HER employer, my employer just forwards the info. I'd have to block our HR director if I did that. oh well, only a twice yearly thing.

Aren't those the best kind of AP's? The one's that work in mental health  That is like an oxymoron, what a joke of a person she must be!

I'm sorry you are triggering with this yearly annoyance! Is there a way to filter to a spam folder or trash or something? Maybe you can set yourself a reminder, sort of like a joke, "beep beep here is your yearly reminder of how some are a sorry excuse to society."
