Rainbowlove
I think the question you should be asking is does it cause you emotional hurt and make it harder for you to heal being in contact? If the answer is yes, take care of you.
ScienceGal
I only use Facebook, and I usually just remove them from my news feed.
acrosstheuniverse
The title says it all really. when in NC, should you block ALL links to your ex-girlfriend? Family, mutual friends, or? I would block their family, as I'm not going to be having a relationship with them of any kind anymore. And delete or block any of their friends that I'd become pally with but not actually become friends independent of the ex. And obviously block them too. Some say it's childish... it helps me to move on. It's easier for me to move on once I've removed all traces and don't have to feel nervous whenever I check facebook in the early days that a photo of them is going to pop up or a check in somewhere and it's going to hurt and set me back to day one.
