clia
Wed - Rotated between pushing the Prowler sled down and immediately back (250lbs and 30 yards each way) with battle rope exercises. Did six of each in 45 minutes. Thurs - Rotated between hill sprints (100-150 yards and 30% incline) and stairs (12 flights) for 45 minutes. Did this at a parking garage near my place. Always feels good to use the real world for exercise and not be stuck in a gym. Great idea to use the parking garage to do stairs. I'm going to steal that idea from you! DivorcedDad123
I started back working out about 8 years ago. I need to change my diet and eat less processed foods because of the sodium though. I workout 7 days a week. It's what works for me and at 44, I'm in as good condition as my gf's SEC wide receiver son, although I have to work a bit harder for it. lol My daily workout below: Leg press- 2 sets of 20 each leg overhand pullups / underhand pullups - 3 sets of 15 each. This is with weight added to my body weight after years of doing this. I started out with just body weight. inverted shoulder press - 2 sets of 10 bench press - 3 sets of 15 butterfly - 2 sets of 10 bicep curls - 1 set of 20, 2 sets of 15 overhand bicep curls - 2 sets of 10 tricep pull downs - 1 set of 20, 1 set of 15 dips - 1 set of 15,1 set of 20 (again with weights added to body weight) Finish with a set of leg presses each leg (20) Then 20 - 30 minutes on the eliptical at max resistance Then inverted crunches - set of 20 then side to sides then another set of 25.
