On Friday night I brought my friend who's not actually my girlfriend to a pretty small apartment party. Coming with us was my circle of some friends and acquaintances one of the acquaintances call him N. Now n immediately started introducing himself to my friend however 2 girls before have talked about how n has tried to have sex with them and one time n was taking back one of the girls back to her dorm (they live on the same floor) however this girl was so scared of him she started running away when they got out of the car. So my friend at the party had one 4 loko (she has had these before) and then drank an opened bottle n gave her. This is how she told me it went down, he offered her his bottle because he could grab his own and then went into the fridge to grab his own then gave her the one he was already drinking from. Soon after my friend was really out of control. She seemed completely out of it. She was slurring everything she said and she was very very touchy. Her eyes were also Rollin around a lot and i decided we would leave early. N comes to me and insists several times that he could take her back (we live in same building but I live in the same floor as my friend while n doesn't) because he could sneak her in through the back and I had to deny his request each time and when he said wait he'll be right back I took her down and stayed with her waiting for the beeper. She kept resting on me and basically that night she was touchy with every guy there. She was very loud and would not be quiet even after I kept pleading. So take her back day after talk to her about it and she says she is sure she was roofied because she was never this bad before even though she has dranked a lot more. What do you guys think should I confront n? Is there a chance he didn't do it? Me and him are friendly so I would be cutting off a connection if he didn't do it. I don't know what a drink ticket is or in which states it applies but why would your friend have to say she had an alcoholic beverage? I would have her have the test done. Of course that's true. There's no need to even say it was an alcoholic beverage if there is any concern (which I don't think there should be, regardless). Alcohol doesn't stay in your body that long.
