If a guy you met somewhere was stalkiung you, and this guy is right now, what would you do?? Now if you REALLY want to sopt this, you know his name, you can easily find where he lives, and you can easily contact his wife. I can guarantee you if he is spending more of his time trying to save his own ass than getting in your pants that you will not have this problem any more. Kissing him has just encouraged more of this and he has told you that he recgognizes what he is doing is working. There is no incentive right now for him to not continue this until he hgets you in a position other than in the parking lot, which you can totally make sure does not happen.
