What does he want if anything at all?

Recommended Posts

This isn't anything new. Most cheating married men say they would leave IF it wasn't for the kids...

He's grooming you - to see if maybe he can reel you in. It starts like this - then slowly becomes MORE intimate - more secretive - more exciting...

Until... You realize if you are his OW that you've sacrificed all of your self respect to be close to him.

I hope you will consider spending lots of time having fun with available men!

Unlike most of you holier than though's such as popsicle... the only married man I was with was my husband when we were married.

Holier than thou? Please. I'm an xOW.

the fact is the moral culpability is there, yet you were lecturing to me, who never did anything

Do you wish to be his OW?

Just asking to see what you want out of the communication with him...?

Ms. Hopeful

If you had read the post, you would have seen that for me (unlike any of you here) there was nothing to move on from. SINCE NOTHING HAPPENED. So I hope that many of you would stop being holier than though. From most of what I have read its the worst place someone can come at this point if they have an issue with a MM. I came on here for support not for bashing.

I did read the post. And I said "move on" because you were obviously enertaining thoughts of it going further or him wanting more. No judgement here, lady. God knows I've had my share of mistakes and I have even been in your shoes before so I understand... All I am saying is that maybe you should stop enertaining thoughts of this man and find someone single to focus on or better yet focus on yourself. Again good luck to you & I hope you choose the right path that causes you the least heartache

Exactly! I don't know why she thinks we are judging her. Just giving some advice since we've been down the road she maybe go down if she doesn't check herself.

TO answer your question, no my conscious self does not want to be an OW. At first I didn't even register what had hit me at that lunch. After some reflection I realized that all I really wanted was to rip his clothes off and jump all over him. But I have been through a lot in the past. So when I reflected on this I came here to see what people thought. I also thought I may be over reacting (which I clearly was not). It was just a lot of jumbled feelings. Of course, he has been trying to contact me. But I kept doing things that turned me off to the whole idea (like looking here) and thinking about how I would be alone on holidays and only get stolen moments. It helped me to not return the phone calls and not go there generally.

What I don't like is the insults I got for not doing anything and that is what I was referring to.
