sportygirl89
I never noticed it as a kid. Just noticed when people got engaged and married. Being of the dating age now, and almost out of my program I have been curious. But I do not actively date at the moment. I'm mid 20s and almost done with second degree. I notice people either keep dating quiet or date from other churches. It has been so long since I've dated so I know it is bound to happen sooner or later.
Mrs. John Adams
I was 16 and he was 18...We recently moved into the area and my family began going to the same church his family attended. I introduced myself....he told me about his car...I asked him to bring it and take me for a ride sometime.....and here we are 43 years later. We got married 8 months after we met...our families were ecstatic. I think having a foundation of like faith...was an asset.... I am not sure what you are asking...but i hope this helps. Yeah it does. It just seems to be more secretive in dating in the church. I know in some churches the church prefers the guy to approach. Have no idea if my church does or not.
