I don't think there should be a Christmas Winter Holiday BONUS. What does a holiday have to do with a bonus? Do you give a Fourth of July Bonus? A Memorial Day Bonus? If you want to give your staff a CHRISTMAS WINTER HOLIDAY PRESENT, fine, give them something they'll like. If you've had a good year financially and you want to share and give your staff a YEAR-END BONUS, fine. A BONUS should be for FINANCIAL SUCCESS or achieving other goals. A present should be because you WANT to give someone something.
